Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pattern, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

About Pattern

Pattern is an Iraqi fashion academy offering professional courses in fashion design, pattern-making, draping, tailoring & sewing, fashion sketching, and embroidery & couture finishing — all delivered in Arabic by industry professionals.

Account Registration & Security

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Pattern.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are fully responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• Sharing login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited.

Payments & Refunds

• Course prices are listed in Iraqi Dinar (IQD).
• Upon purchase, you are granted lifetime access to the course content.
• A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided course progress does not exceed 20%.
• Refunds are not available after 14 days of purchase under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All platform content — including videos, text, graphics, and course materials — is the exclusive property of Pattern or its licensed content creators. Copying, distributing, or reselling any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Use

The platform may not be used for:

• Any unlawful or harmful activity.
• Unauthorized access to platform systems or data.
• Posting offensive content or infringing on others' rights.
• Reselling or distributing paid course content.

Modifications & Termination

Pattern reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform notice. Pattern may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
